We are DELIGHTED TO BE RETURNING TO SOMERSET FOR OUR 2ND TOURNAMENT IN THE COUNTY – Somerset Pickleball UK Winter Tour Event 2027 taking place on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th FEBRUARY 2027 at The millfield school tennis centre, Butleigh Road, STREET, Somerset, BA16 0YD

This will be the 2nd event that Pickleball UK Tour have hosted in Somerset and we can’t wait to welcome you again. This event is part of the growing Pickleball UK Tour—where competitive play meets a welcoming, social atmosphere.

Tournament

The event takes place over 12 courts on an acrylic surface. We will be using Franklin X40 balls.

 
Men’s Doubles / Women’s Doubles / Mixed Doubles / Singles event
  Age categories for doubles; 18+ (Open), 45+ and 60+ 3 skill levels 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 +. Please note we may combine skill levels subject to number of entries and to ensure you have as many matches as possible to compete in. Round robin matches, followed by knockout for those that qualify and medals – gold, silver and bronze. Guaranteed a minimum of 4 matches, but hopefully more for all depending on the number of entries and how you progress in the event.

Saturday 13th February
  • Men’s and Women’s Singles – Open and 50 +. Registration from 9am, practice courts available from 9am, tournament starts at 9.30am.
  • Gender Doubles 45 + Men and Women’s. Registration from 11.15am, practice courts available from 11.15am, tournament starts at 12 noon.
  • Mixed Doubles 45 +.Registration from 2.30pm, practice courts available from 2.30pm, tournament starts at 3.15pm.
Saturday 14th February
  • Gender Doubles 60 + Men and Women’s. Registration from 8.45am, practice courts available from 8.45am, tournament starts at 9.30am.
  • Open Age and 60 + Mixed Doubles – registration from 1.30pm and practice courts available from 1.30pm, tournament starts 2.15pm.

A pickleball event for all skill levels. Designed to give all the opportunity to have fun and compete against similar like-minded players.
