The Pickleball UK Tour continues its journey across the country—and next stop, the somerset summer tour event.

This will be the first event the Pickleball UK Tour have hosted in Somerset and we can’t wait to welcome you. This event is part of the growing Pickleball UK Tour—where competitive play meets a welcoming, social atmosphere.

Tournament

The event takes place over 12 courts on an acrylic surface. We will be using Franklin X40 balls.

Men’s Doubles / Women’s Doubles / Mixed Doubles / Singles event
Age categories for doubles; 18+ (Open), 45+ and 60+ 3 skill levels 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 +. Please note we may combine skill levels subject to number of entries and to ensure you have as many matches as possible to compete in. Round robin matches, followed by knockout for those that qualify and medals – gold, silver and bronze. Guaranteed a minimum of 4 matches, but hopefully more for all depending on the number of entries and how you progress in the event.

Registration

There is no registration fee for this event. The entry fee per person per event is £28 each. Registration is due to close on Sunday 20th June. Please note it may close sooner if the event is fully subscribed.

Schedule

Saturday 27th June – Gender Doubles 45 + and Mixed Doubles 45 +. All singles events.
  • Singles – Men and Women’s – Open and 50 + from 9am
  • 45 + – Men’s and Women’s Doubles – 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 from 12pm
  • 45 + Mixed Doubles – 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 from 3..30pm
Sunday 28th June
  • Open Age and 60 + Men’s and Women’s Doubles, 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 + – from 9.30am
  • Open Age and 60 + Mixed Doubles 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 + – from 2pm
